FAQs
Ask Me Anything
It’s natural to have tons of questions when considering leaving your beloved pet with a stranger for the first time. To help you, I’ve provided a list of some of the frequently asked questions I'm asked below.

Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?
Yes! I have experience with and can care for most animals. From cats, dogs, fresh and salt water fish, rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents, amphibians, reptiles, birds, including chickens, and smaller farm animals, I can expertly provide care. Due to the physical demands, I am unable to care for large farm animals, livestock and horses.

Do you provide overnight care?
At this time I am not able to provide care between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you would like care for your pet for part or all of the day, I'm happy to arrange this based on my availability.

My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?
Yes! During my time with your pet I am assessing their health condition constantly. This is where choosing a registered veterinary technician and someone with 20 years of professional animal experience is important. If I notice a health issue with your pet, I will notify you right away. If I am unable to communicate with a pet parent and their pet has a serious medical issue, I will take the pet to a veterinary clinic that has been previously discussed and chosen by the pet parent. During our inititial consultation, pet parents will be required to provide their pets regular and emergency veterinary clinic contact info.

I am also able to provide pet taxis to and from vet clinics and groomers, just send me a message and I'm happy to schedule this service!
